Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Towson, MD (remote eligible) is seeking a Program Manager, Commercial Learning to join our Commercial Development team. Work is hybrid or fully remote with travel about 20% to support learning events.

You will partner with business leaders to assess learning needs, design and manage end-to-end programs, source content, onboard facilitators, and measure impact using learning metrics. A 4-year degree and 5+ years in Learning & Development are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years in organizational Learning & Development focusing on sales enablement.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Proficient instructional design and content development for diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Experience in project management and coordinating multiple programs.
• Ability to analyze data to drive improvements in learning offerings.
• Not eligible to work with visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial and HR leaders to assess learning needs and skill gaps across roles.
• Develop and manage end-to-end learning portfolio aligned with business objectives.
• Design and co-develop training programs for all commercial learning profiles.
• Source, curate, and develop training content with subject matter experts.
• Identify, onboard, and manage facilitators for effective sessions.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Plan schedules, logistics, and communications for seamless delivery.
• Monitor and measure training effectiveness using feedback and metrics.
• Continuously improve offerings based on data and stakeholder input.
• Manage learning management systems and maintain training records.
