Job summary

Trilogy is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Northside Residential Programs in Chicago. The role provides direct clinical supervision and coaching, runs team meetings, and ensures high-quality services for clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use, using a harm-reduction approach.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, reporting, training, and liaison with external partners to improve program performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field or QMHP requirements
• Minimum two years experience with mental health and/or substance use
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License with vehicle access and insurance
• Experience in residential 24-hour programs preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Expert knowledge in harm reduction services

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise clinical services for Northside Residential Programs
• Develop tracking systems for required documentation and ensure quality service
• Ensure capacity for programs is filled and manage scheduling
• Monitor program budget and allocate resources for staff and supplies
• Provide supervision and coaching; train new staff
• Represent Trilogy with external partners and executive team
• Model trauma-informed, client-centered, recovery-oriented care
• Complete interviewing and onboarding of new staff; ongoing training
• Maintain documentation compliant with Medicaid, CARF, HUD, and standards
