Job summary

National Grid is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the deployment of a portfolio of Non-Wires Alternatives (NWAs) across its Massachusetts service territory. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver cost-effective, scalable grid flexibility solutions and support regulatory strategy.

The role requires strong program management skills, DER knowledge, and experience with RFPs, benefit/cost analyses, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in project or program management; 6 years without degree.
• Strong DERs knowledge incl. energy storage, NWAs, DR.
• Experience with RFPs and cost-benefit analyses.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of a portfolio of NWA solutions in MA.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide end-to-end project management for multiple NWA initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Occasional travel within Massachusetts is required.
