National Grid in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of Non-Wires Alternatives (NWAs) across the MA service area. The role requires coordinating internal teams, engaging with external stakeholders, and delivering innovative grid flexibility projects.

You will drive program governance, RFP processes, and budgeting while reporting to senior leadership. This position supports decarbonization and the clean energy transition in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of project/program management experience with multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of distributed energy resources and NWAs; preferred PMP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and management of a portfolio of NWA solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver grid solutions.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and vendor selections for NWA projects.
• Provide end-to-end project management including RFPs, contracts, data and billing support.
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
