• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering, project management, utility construction, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrate initiative, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders, contractors, regulators, and officials.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Capital Delivery process, including MSAs and construction contracts, with engineering, scheduling, cost estimates and risk work.
• Manage siting, permitting, regulatory approvals including cost recovery mechanisms.
• Control project finances and schedules, ensure adherence to budget and timelines; address deviations and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate contractors and project teams to deliver scope on time and with minimal disruption.
• Monitor safety, SHES standards, OSHA compliance, and environmental regulations on sites.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder communications and regular progress reporting.
