The Mom Project is seeking a Senior Project Manager on a ~18-month contract in Urbandale, IA. This hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) supports a global professional services client with complex transitions and integrations across people, process, technology, and real estate.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading major change initiatives, managing multi-workstream programs, and delivering results in distributed teams while engaging senior stakeholders and maintaining

Responsibilities

• Manage and support key workstreams within a broader program.
• Coordinate resources across locations and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Drive objectives to completion and ensure successful transitions and integrations.
• Escalate risk and its impact on business initiatives to management.
• Develop strategic documents: business cases, assessments, communications plans, project plans.
• Maintain project controls and change control processes.
• Identify and resolve issues and mitigate risk across functions.
