Job summary

The Mom Project is seeking a Senior Project Manager for an ~18-month contract, hybrid in Urbandale, IA. The role involves coordinating cross-functional workstreams, driving major change initiatives, and delivering complex transitions across people, process, technology, and real estate.

Reporting to the Project Lead, you will partner with senior stakeholders and coordinate resources across locations, ensuring milestones are met and risk and change control are managed effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading major change initiatives and large-scale project delivery.
• Strong program and project management capabilities across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and resources.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with senior leadership.
• Strong strategic planning and documentation skills.
• Strong risk management, compliance, and governance experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive projects to completion with minimal direction.

• Project Management and Support across regions or functions.

• Escalate risk and its impact to management; manage dependencies.
• Design and present project updates to senior management in Finance.

• Identify and resolve issues; manage deliverables; mitigate risk; enforce change control.
