The Mom Project in Urbandale, IA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major change initiatives on an 18-month contract basis. The role is hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and requires coordinating across people, processes, technology, and real estate.

You will work with senior stakeholders to drive objectives to completion. Reporting to the Project Lead, you will guide multiple workstreams, manage risks, and deliver complex transitions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading major change initiatives and large-scale project delivery.
• Strong program and project management capabilities across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and resources.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with senior leadership.
• Strong strategic planning and documentation skills.
• Strong risk management, compliance, and governance experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive projects to completion with minimal direction.
