The Mom Project is seeking a Senior Project Manager for an ~18-month contract to support our client’s large-scale initiatives. Hybrid work in Urbandale, IA with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote each week.

The role requires leadership across diverse teams and complex program delivery, spanning people, processes, technology, and real estate. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering major change initiatives, managing multiple workstreams, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
