The Mom Project is seeking a Senior Project Manager for an 18-month contract in Urbandale, IA. The role is hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and reports to the Project Lead, coordinating transitions across people, process, technology and real estate.

You will manage multiple workstreams, align resources across locations, and maintain rigorous project controls to ensure on-time delivery. Strong communication with senior leaders and a track record of delivering large-change initiatives are

• Proven experience leading major change initiatives and large-scale project delivery.
• Strong program and project management capabilities across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and resources.

• Strong risk management, compliance, and governance experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
