Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a senior program manager to lead our high-visibility reporting for Delivery Accuracy within the Relay Central team of TTS. You will own the end-to-end reporting framework, surface insights to Director/VP audiences, and drive strategic decisions affecting billions in transportation spend.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
• PMP certificate.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business reporting within the TTS organization for Delivery Accuracy.
• Drive cross-org VP and SVP-level goals related to improving Middle Mile Delivery Accuracy.
• Operate within a culture of elevate and debate.
• Conduct rigorous operational deep dives to identify root causes and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to align on reporting priorities.
• Create, maintain, and disseminate program information to stakeholders and leadership via business reviews and readouts.
• Drive cross-organizational accountability for issue tracking and action item closure.
