Job summary

Universal Orlando seeks a Senior Program Manager to provide senior-level guidance during scoping, timelines and budgets across client campaigns. You will manage consolidated program budgets and work-back schedules, acting as the senior agency advocate and overseeing monthly client partner bill-backs with Finance and Account Management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in a corporate environment with team leadership, plus PMP or related certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Preferred Disciplines: Marketing, Communications, Marketing Communications, Advertising, Project Management, Business, and Organizational Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow process evolution and implementation.
• Align timelines and SOPs with internal and external departments (IMCD, Partnerships, Brand Management).
• Drive Annual P1 strategy process and ensure budgets and tactical grid align with campaign architecture.
• Ensure programs are entered to client architectures and manage bill-backs and write-offs.
