Job summary

CPH in Orlando, FL seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic commercial development programs from BD through delivery and client growth.

You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure profitable, high-quality project delivery across Retail, Mixed-Use, Industrial, and other private markets in Florida and the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in A/E consulting, engineering, construction, commercial development, or related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex commercial development programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience developing and managing strategic client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience with proposals, scope development, fee development, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated experience managing financial performance and profitability of projects or programs.
• Experience leading and developing teams of technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic commercial development programs from business development through delivery and client growth.
• Build and strengthen relationships with strategic commercial clients and industry partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand multidisciplinary services and support market expansion in Florida and the Southeast.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates; participate in client presentations and negotiations.
• Coordinate resources across Architecture, Structural, MEP, Civil, Surveying, and other disciplines.
• Maintain accountability for program scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Promote project management best practices and profitable growth across programs.
