Job summary

McBride is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and sustainment of advanced C2ISR and battle management programs at Hill AFB in Utah. You will coordinate across DoD and industry, producing quality briefings and documents for theater‑level command and control needs.

The role requires extensive DoD program management experience, knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, and strong cross‑functional leadership. Onsite at Hill AFB with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 25 years of experience, 15+ in DoD.
• 30 years of directly related experience, 20+ in the DoD.
• Experience with DoD acquisition policies and program documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex C2ISR and air/missile defense programs.
• Coordinate with DoD and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare program briefings, plans, and regulatory reports.
• Guide cross-functional teams across DoD and Air Force.
