Odyssey is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex C2ISR and battle management programs for AFLCMC/HBD. You’ll coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, manage DoD and industry stakeholders, and drive delivery of capabilities meeting theater‑level command and control needs.
The position is full‑time at Hill AFB in Ogden, UT with onsite work, travel around 5%, and responsibilities spanning requirements development, risk management, and program reviews.
Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to support the Theatre Battle Control Division (AFLCMC/HBD). You'll lead the planning, execution, and sustainment of complex C2ISR, battle management, and air/missile defense programs that enable integrated operational awareness and decision‑making across the joint force. This role oversees multi‑disciplinary teams, coordinates with stakeholders across DoD and industry, and ensures delivery of advanced capabilities that meet theater‑level command and control requirements.
This is a full‑time position located at Hill AFB in Ogden, UT.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Secret Clearance
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 25 years of experience, 15 years of which must be in the DoD
Education: Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience, 12 years of which must be in the DoD
Location: Hill AFB Ogden, UT
Travel: 5%
