Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex C2ISR and battle management programs for AFLCMC/HBD. You’ll coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, manage DoD and industry stakeholders, and drive delivery of capabilities meeting theater‑level command and control needs.

The position is full‑time at Hill AFB in Ogden, UT with onsite work, travel around 5%, and responsibilities spanning requirements development, risk management, and program reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Clearance: Secret or higher; U.S. citizenship required.
• Extensive experience with DoD acquisition and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex DoD C2ISR and Battle Management programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across DoD and industry.
• Prepare and present program status, risk, and decision briefs to senior leadership.
