Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a Project Manager for Hill AFB, Utah. The role owns a subset of a major defense program and reports to a Sr. Program Manager. Candidates should have strong coordination, communication, and team skills to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, program management experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Travel: 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, supply chain, or similar field.
• Experience on project teams with schedule development/monitoring and risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and be a team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office; US citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial, technical, and schedule requirements to deliver products on-time and cost-effectively.
• Understand IMS and critical path for program subset and mitigate to ensure timely completion.
• Support CAMs with baseline budget, Estimates to Complete, and variance reporting.
• Interface with suppliers and Textron Systems' procurement to share program updates.
• Collaborate to solve customer problems and report progress internally/externally.
• Assist with proposal generation and submittal to customer.
