Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the United States-Florida area to lead complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure programs and advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects. You will coordinate a broad team across disciplines, ensure governance, and maintain project success through QA/QC and risk management.

You will mentor staff, promote best practices, and contribute to growth in HDR's program management services, while traveling as needed to client sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, or related field.
• Professional engineer license or PMI certifications (PMP/PgMP) per requirement.
• Six years of program management experience with at least four as a Program Manager.
• Experience leading two or more programs with capital value >= $350M.

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership for management of multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs; leverage lessons learned.
• Plan, direct, and monitor program execution across disciplines including planning, design, procurement, governance, and risk management.
• Identify issues and risks; provide strategic advice and lead problem-solving and decision-making.
