Catalent Pharma Solutions LLC in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Manager - Program Management to lead multiple complex programs from initiation to delivery. This onsite role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on quality, budget, and client satisfaction.

You will mentor Program Managers and coordinators, drive resource planning and financial performance, and partner with business development to ensure program readiness from the earliest client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in project management, pharmaceutical industry or equivalent
• External client interactions emphasized in PM capacity
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations and documentation procedures
• PM certification or coursework preferred
• Experience in pharma/biotech or GMP environment preferred
• Knowledge of Catalent offerings and cross-site collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple complex programs on time, within budget, scope and quality
• Provide leadership and mentorship for Program Managers and PM staff
• Drive financial performance, resource planning, workload allocation, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with business development and cross-functional teams for program readiness
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication
• Champion PM best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to strategic PM leadership initiatives and team development
