Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Manager - Commercial Operations for the Madison, Wisconsin cell line development site. You will serve as the commercial lead for client programs, partnering with Business Development, Program Management, Operations and Finance to ensure successful execution and growth.

The role requires strong biologics development knowledge and client-facing experience, enabling forecasting, capacity planning, revenue growth, and cross‑functional collaboration to advance projects from

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CDMO, or related manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of drug development, manufacturing, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary commercial relationship manager for customer programs at Catalent Madison.
Partner with Business Development, Project Management, Operations, and Finance to support program execution and customer satisfaction.
Lead commercial discussions, contract renewals, amendments, and supply agreement negotiations.
Develop portfolio strategies by evaluating customer demand, forecasting, and long-term business opportunities.
Drive effective communication, governance, and issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.
