Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Program Manager II at our Madison, WI site to lead cross‑functional, multi‑site programs in a fast‑paced biologics environment, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high‑quality outcomes.

With 5+ years in project management or pharma and a BS in science or engineering (advanced degree preferred), you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive program success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) preferred.
• ~5+ years in project management and/or pharma industry.
• PM certification or coursework preferred.
• Experience with biologics fermentation, cell culture, purification, and analytics preferred.
• Experience in biologics/pharma/biotech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned program objectives on time, budget, scope, and quality.
• Manage cross-functional, multi-site project teams with clients.
• Monitor progress and drive program success through collaboration and leadership.
