Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Madison, WI, is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead materials and services sourcing for the Biologics business. The role emphasizes supplier performance, contract support, and process improvements, with a 100% onsite schedule.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Engineering to ensure reliable supply, analyze spend data, and drive cost savings while maintaining compliant procurement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, planning, or supplier management experience.
• Experience with PO management, RFx, pricing analysis, and supplier performance tracking.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP or procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders for materials, services, and operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers on pricing, availability, delivery, and issue resolution.
• Support RFx activities and compare supplier bids.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Engineering, and Facilities.
• Analyze spend data and supplier performance to identify savings.
• Track supplier performance and resolve supply, service, or quality issues.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, pricing files, and savings trackers.
• Support contract compliance and onboarding.
