Job summary

Key Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the transition to a new Banking partner for all divisions that handle revenue, deposits, and related funds.

The role requires coordinating with Banking partner resources, SCC representatives, OCC, and ETS to document upfront requirements and align schedules. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program management or enterprise delivery, strong process reengineering, and hands-on Agile experience with tools like Jira.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, product ownership, IT modernization, or enterprise delivery roles.
• Strong process reengineering and mapping capabilities.
• Proven track record of on-time delivery by managing cross-division dependencies.
• Ability to align stakeholders on schedules and deliverables.
• Experience leading multi-division, high-visibility technology initiatives.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira/Planner.

Responsibilities

• Manage the transition to a new Banking partner for all SCC divisions.
• Coordinate across Banking partner resources and SCC stakeholders (6 divisions + OCC/ETS).
• Document complete requirements for each division upfront before deployment.
• Facilitate changes in current processes to leverage new technology.
• Ensure on-time delivery by establishing milestones and managing dependencies.
