Qualifications

• Active PMP certification is required with strong program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-division initiatives with complex dependencies.
• Ability to coordinate deliverables, resources, timelines, and requirements across divisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage transition to a new banking partner across multiple divisions and functions.
• Oversee deliverables and resources across all stakeholders and divisions.
• Coordinate with banking partner resources and revenue-collecting divisions.
• Coordinate with OCC and ETS to align on requirements and technology changes.
• Document complete set of upfront requirements for each division.
• Identify process changes and streamline activities enabled by new technology.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder coordination during transition.
