Job summary

SCC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the transition to a new Banking partner across seven divisions. The role requires coordinating resources, defining milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery of complex banking and payment processes.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in program management or enterprise delivery, strong Agile knowledge (Scrum/Kanban), and familiarity with Jira or Planner. On-site presence in Richmond, VA is required.

• Experience driving multi-division modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

ABOUTTHEROLE

TheSCCislookingforaPMtomanagethetransitiontoanewBankingpartnerforallitsdivisionsandfunctionsthateithercollectrevenue,performorsupportdepositdutiesand/orothermoniesprocessinginanycapacityfortheSCC(7divisions).

Thiswillrequiremanagingtheoveralldeliverablesandresourcesfromallstakeholders,whichincludetheselectedBankingpartnerresources,theSCCrepresentativesfromeachRevenuecollectingdivision(6),OCC(OfficeofCommissionComptroller)andETS(EnterpriseTechnologyServices).

Asnewtechnologyandserviceswillbedeployedakeycomponentwillbetoensureacompletesetofrequirementsaredocumentedupfrontforeachdivision.Inaddition,thisrolewillneedtofacilitateandsupportthedivisionstoidentifychangesincurrentprocessesneededtostreamlineactivitiesandtakefulladvantageofthenewtechnologyavailablefromtheselectedBankingpartner.
