Job summary

Din Development Corporation (DDC) seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a firm-fixed-price federal services program for the Air Force. You will interface with senior Air Force leadership, act as the primary contractor contact to the contracting office, and oversee cost, schedule, staffing, and technical performance for all task orders.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of program management experience, primarily in an Air Force environment.
• Clearance: Secret (active or ability to obtain).
• Broad knowledge of Air Force logistics systems and funding processes.
• Strong written and briefing skills for senior government audiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage senior Air Force leadership as the program's primary representative and POC to contracting officers.
• Plan and prioritize work, manage funded ceilings, and prepare monthly status reports and quarterly reviews.
• Maintain the integrated master schedule and report performance issues promptly.
• Recruit, supervise, and retain cleared staff with timely notifications and fill vacancies within 15 business days.
• Execute transition-in/out planning, manage quality control and corrective action processes, and oversee subcontractor flow-down.
• Provide leadership on AI insertion and new work development with the customer.

Education

Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, business, logistics, or a related field
