Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Dayton, OH for a firm-fixed-price federal services program. You will act as the primary interface to Air Force leadership and the contracting office, overseeing cost, schedule, technical performance, and staffing across task orders.

Responsibilities include leading strategic program management, shaping AI-enabled capabilities for mission outcomes, and maintaining strong client relationships to grow new work.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of program management experience, preferably in a federal or Air Force context.
• Experience interfacing with senior government customers and contracting officers.
• Strong written and briefing skills for senior audiences.
• Security clearance: Secret (active or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Engage senior Air Force leadership as the program's primary representative.
• Own cost, schedule, and staffing on all task orders under the contract.
• Maintain the integrated master schedule and monthly status reporting.
• Recruit, supervise, and retain cleared staff; manage transitions and QA processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, business, logistics, or related field
