Job summary

OP is looking for a Program Manager to help build a future where AI agents are guided and improved by human oversight. You’ll ensure incidents move to resolution, manage weekly and biweekly cadences, and prepare review materials while routing product teams to the right internal reviews.

You will own notes, decisions, and action items, and maintain a current program tracker and decision log to prevent slips.

Qualifications

• Experience running program operations for a technical team, including cadence, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience tracking cross-team work to closure where you don't manage the teams doing it.
• Strong written communication: notes, status updates, and decision records that a reader can act on without a follow-up conversation.
• Experience working with engineering and product teams on a recurring operating rhythm.
• Comfort with ambiguity and competing priorities, and good judgment about what to elevate and when.

Responsibilities

• Incidents: take in trust, privacy, and security incidents and track to closure.
• Execution cadence: run weekly core team meetings and biweekly leadership forum with clear artifacts.
• Reviews and escalations: route to the right internal reviews on time and track materials.
• Deliverables: draft weekly program updates, prepare agendas and notes, maintain tracker and log, and runbook for recurring processes.
