We re hiring a Program Manager to help build a future where AI agents do more of the work, and people guide, review, and improve what they do.
Our Trust team helps our AI agent products ship quickly and safely. We partner across product, engineering, privacy, security, legal, and risk to make that happen. The work includes keeping incidents on track through resolution, running a dependable operating cadence, and preparing and routing product reviews.
As Program Manager, you’ll bring clarity and follow-through to that work, freeing product leads to focus on the judgment calls that need their expertise. You’ll know you’re making a difference when nothing stalls because someone forgot a follow-up, and product teams say our process helped them ship.
What a Typical Week Looks Like
- Early in the week, you sweep the tracker and chase the items missing an owner or a date.
- Midweek, you send agendas and pre-reads for the weekly forums and prepare materials for upcoming reviews.
- After each forum, you send notes with decisions and action items within one business day.
- On Thursday, you draft the weekly program update for the product lead to review and post on Friday.
- Throughout the week, you take in new incidents, route product teams to the right review, and follow up on open actions.
Responsibilities
- Incidents
- Take in trust, privacy, and security incidents for our products as they open.
- Track each one to closure against a named owner and a date.
- Keep the status of longer-term fixes current after an incident is mitigated, and raise recurring patterns to the product lead.
- Execution cadence
- Run the team's operating cadence: a weekly core team meeting and a biweekly cross-functional leadership forum, with agendas, notes, decisions, and action follow-through.
- Keep the program tracker accurate, with a current owner, next date, dependency, and evidence on every row.
- Track roadmap milestones against named owners and raise slippage early.
- Draft the weekly program update and run the logistics behind each forum.
- Reviews and escalations
- Route product teams to the right internal review on time, across privacy, security, data and AI risk reviews.
- Track the review pipeline and prepare review materials before each review date.
- Record decisions and their conditions where the next person can find them, and follow up until the conditions are met.
- Deliverables
- A weekly program update draft, ready every Thursday.
- Agendas before each forum, and notes with decisions and action items within one business day after it.
- A current program tracker and decision log.
