Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, strategy and operations, product operations, or related field.
• Experience working across policy, safety, legal, engineering, and product teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex constraints into executable workflows.
• Proven track record delivering scalable programs in fast‑moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operational builds from problem statement to operating model, including scope, milestones, risks, and cadence.
• Translate policy, safety, technical, legal, and operational constraints into workable workflows and playbooks.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve dependencies and maintain momentum on critical work.
• Move between priorities, stand up new programs, and transition durable ownership to the right team.
• Use data and frontline signals to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and leverage opportunities.
• Drive high‑priority escalations and cross‑functional decisions to closure with clear next steps.
• Create roadmaps, decision logs, status updates, risk registers, and executive‑level communications.
