Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to elevate our program management practice. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders to deliver outcomes across initiatives and platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in program management, strong leadership, and deep Agile knowledge. You will influence roadmap decisions, manage budgets, and drive change with a bias toward delivering value in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.g. Jira, ADO).
• Familiarity or experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, SAFe, XP Programming, etc.
• In-depth understanding of Agile principles and how they apply in workplace culture.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills within teams and groups.
• Business acumen and understanding of organizational operations.
• Experience resolving issues across programs.
• Relevant certification in the Scrum/Agile field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program strategies, roadmaps, and plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Manage program budget, resources including direct reports, and vendor relationships
• Oversee project planning, discovery, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
• Collaborate with business leaders to help identify and prioritize requirements
• Develop and implement change management plans
• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and benefits realization
