Job summary

Vuori is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Product to ensure seamless store operations, strong visual merchandising, and outstanding customer experience. You will own product flow, shipments, and collaboration with HQ to implement process improvements while growing a high‑performing team and community engagement.

You’ll lead effective scheduling, maintain brand standards, and promote Vuori’s values through store leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience in retail.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Established track record in retail sales leadership and achieving targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store product operations and inbound/outbound shipments, upholding SOPs.
• Lead visual merchandising, product flips, and in-season merchandising with brand standards.
• Collaborate with General Manager and HQ to drive continuous improvement and customer experience.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training; foster a safe, inclusive, high-performing team.
• Drive customer-centric service on the sales floor and empower staff to resolve issues.
