Job summary

Insitu, a Boeing company, seeks a Program Management Specialist to oversee multi-program lifecycle activities within the Product Line Management organization. The role emphasizes portfolio-level coordination, cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives across contracts, with collaboration across customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include leading proposals, risk management, and Earned Value practices, while coordinating with engineering and operations to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• 10-12 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8 years related experience with a Master's degree.
• Group 2 & Group 3 UAS technical and programmatic experience desired.
• Demonstrated experience of offsets obligations and international strategic partnerships.
• Understanding of competitive FAR-15 & DCS proposal development and execution.
• Working knowledge of trade compliance requirements.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
