Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Master's strongly preferred.
• Experience leading propulsion engineering teams and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead propulsion engineering team, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee propulsion development labs and engineering analysis tools.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and senior engineers to shape propulsion strategy and roadmaps.
• Manage full life-cycle of Insitu propulsion products, including production and supply chain support.
• Interact with internal/external stakeholders on technical requirements and project decisions.
