Qualifications

• 10-12 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8 years related experience with a Master's degree.
• Experience with FAR-15, ITAR, and multinational proposal development.
• Strong program management fundamentals: IMS, risk mgmt, requirements matrix.
