Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the operational aspects of major programs, mentor junior staff, and serve as the liaison between project management, planning, and line management.

You will review budgets and schedules, assess risks, and drive solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field.
• 5+ years directly related experience, preferably in Aerospace or Manufacturing.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular project team meetings to discuss progress and resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop and coordinate program milestone and delivery schedules with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production Control, Procurement, Quality, and Estimating during start-up.
• Develop risk assessment and mitigation plans and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Manage customer/program relationships from award through life cycle and ensure contractual compliance.
