Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers in aerospace build-to-print production.

You will own NPI programs, develop manufacturing processes, and drive continuous improvement across ERP, PLM, and related systems to ensure data integrity and process control. The role requires strong technical leadership with deep CNC machining expertise and a proven track record in RCCA and delivering measurable manufacturing improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in manufacturing engineering within a CNC machining environment.
• Experience leading Manufacturing Engineers or Process Engineers.
• Proven experience implementing New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Strong experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with ERP, PLM, or MES systems.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership to a team of Manufacturing Engineers supporting aerospace manufacturing operations.
• Drive NPI activities from planning through production stabilization and handoff.
• Develop and enforce standardized manufacturing processes, workflows, and data management.
• Lead RCCA investigations and implement robust corrective actions with measurable results.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools and structured problem solving.
