Job summary

Precision Castparts in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the operational aspects of ongoing aerospace programs, coordinating between project management, planning, engineering, and manufacturing to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop milestones and risk mitigation plans, manage budgets and vendor interfaces, mentor junior PMs, and drive continuous process improvements across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field
• 5+ years directly related experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing
• PMP Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead regular project team meetings to discuss progress and bottlenecks.
• Develop, plan, coordinate and implement program milestones and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production Control, Procurement, Quality, and Estimating during start-up.
• Develop risk assessment and mitigation plans and communicate progress.
• Manage customer/program relationships from award through life cycle.
• Monitor costs to ensure margins and align with contractual terms.
• Host customer visits and occasional travel as needed.
• Conduct lessons learned and drive process improvements.
• Review Program Metrics and align with KPIs.
• Make strategic business recommendations for programs.
