Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead aerospace customer programs through operational improvements, owning schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction from award to delivery.

The role involves hands-on work on the shop floor with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to fix real-time manufacturing issues and drive process maturity and MRP system optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Program Manager in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience managing customer programs with major OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Hands-on experience on the shop floor with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and aerospace quality systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program performance including schedule, cost, quality.
• Act as primary customer-facing representative, manage reviews and issues.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules and risk registers.
• Lead cross-functional reviews (IPTs, milestone reviews, escalations).
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Identify bottlenecks on the shop floor and implement corrective actions.
