Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related engineering experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes.
• Ability to optimize factory layouts and workflows.
• Familiarity with statistical process control and lean manufacturing.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement manufacturing processes and workflow layouts using appropriate software.
• Optimize equipment, tooling, and work-bench layouts with production teams.
• Interpret customer drawings, specifications, and processes.
• Coordinate engineering changes with internal and customer teams in ERP/MRP systems.
• Support production, planning, control, procurement, and quality in interpreting engineering into work orders.
• Support non-conformance repairs with process recommendations and consult with teams.
• Assist in machining set-ups and programs.
• Occasionally perform special projects.
