Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years in aerospace sales, contracts, or program management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, SQL reporting, and related business tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and experience negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and executes contracts, agreements, terms & conditions, and customer requirements.
• Facilitates contract processes by reviewing deviations from proposals and ensuring mutual agreement.
• Coordinates with customers for invoice forecasting and with accounting to prepare progress payment forms.
• Works with Program Managers to ensure contracts are executed within terms.
• Assesses risks in contract terms and implements mitigation steps.
• Maintains organized records and standardizes language for contracts.
