Parker Aerospace in Mentor, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large, complex programs within the Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division. You will ensure program success across scope, schedule, cost, and risk while interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive program management experience, PMP certification within six months, and leadership of matrixed teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business or related field; PMP within 6 months; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of related work experience; four+ years leading multiple projects/programs; direct leadership of teams.
• Subject matter expert in program management processes, methodology and architecture.
• Ability to lead multiple large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of aerospace contracting and procurement requirements; familiarity with financial and labor cost systems.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customer requirements are met and manage program charter and baseline plan.
• Oversee integrated program schedules, data, cost, and quality performance; drive corrective actions.
• Lead development of program plans across mature and new products; direct all phases of programs.
• Serve as primary customer contact; negotiate contract changes related to scope.
• Organize teams; manage staffing, training and development of staff.
• Oversee multi-project priorities; manage subcontracted work as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as primary point of contact for program activities.
