Job summary

Ursa Major is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Colorado to lead customer requirements, schedules and resources, driving on-time delivery and program health. You will act as the primary customer liaison and coordinate cross-functional inputs to meet milestones.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years in program management or aerospace leadership, with ITAR/EAR compliance and DoD experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 8+ years experience in program management or aerospace leadership.
• Ability to work under ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements.
• Proven experience leading teams to field integrated products in defense/aerospace.
• Adaptive and introspective, willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow.

Responsibilities

• Drives program progress from market need through sustainment and obsolescence.
• Manages customer relationships and ensures satisfaction.
• Defines program objectives and aligns required resources.
• Manages budget, schedule, and key results; reports program health.
