Job summary

Ursa Major seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead customer requirements, schedules, resources, and overall program progress. You will own on-time delivery, serve as a technical liaison, and harmonize complex inputs to meet milestones.

You will manage customer relationships, define objectives, and ensure budget and schedule health, while coordinating across teams to deliver required technical and contractual deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years' experience in program management or aerospace leadership.
• Ability to work under ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements.
• Experience leading a team to field integrated products in real operating environments.
• Willingness to learn, teach, lead and follow.

Responsibilities

• Drive program progress from market need to sustainment and obsolescence.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Define program objectives and align required resources.
• Oversee program budget, schedule, and KR performance; report on health.
