Job summary

Ursa Major is seeking a Program Manager II to lead multiple Solid Rocket Motor (SRM) applications in Berthoud, Colorado. The role requires expertise in managing program milestones, customer relations, and technical deliverables while ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business and 3+ years of experience in a technical program management role. This position also requires a U.S. Security Clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a technical program manager, project or team lead.
• Demonstrated leadership in aerospace or a highly technical program.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing role managing schedules and delegating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Lead Program Manager in executing the entire program lifecycle.
• Manages external and internal SRM program execution from plan definition to mission success.
• Tracks and maintains program budget, schedule, risk, and Key Results (KRs) performance.
