Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program and/or project management.
• Experience in precision machining/injection molding/additive manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptable and independent in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CAD (SolidWorks) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and programs by developing plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Build trusted customer relationships and manage expectations.
• Monitor cost, schedule and performance to specifications.
• Coordinate RFQ/RFP responses and quotes.
• Manage scope changes with Engineering and Operations.
• Ensure cross-functional integration and risk management.
