Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Leader to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

You will align projects with strategic goals, oversee new product introductions, site consolidations, and ERP integrations, while managing budgets, KPIs, and risk across multiple manufacturing locations. The role requires 10+ years in program management within manufacturing or supply chain, strong ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle), and excellent leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program management within manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; strong knowledge of ERP systems and digital operations tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through execution, aligning with strategic goals.
• Manage initiatives such as new product introductions, operational readiness, and site consolidation.
• Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation; provide executive-level reporting.
