Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage initiatives such as:
  • New product introductions and operational readiness
  • Manufacturing site consolidation and optimization
  • ERP system conversion and integration
  • Enterprise simplification and process harmonization
  • Inventory reduction and working capital improvement
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide executive‑level reporting and insights to senior leadership.
• Team Enablement & Coaching: train and mentor global operations team members on:
  • Project charter creation and scope definition
  • Prioritization techniques and portfolio management
  • Project management methodologies and tools
  • Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
  • Build internal capabilities to scale project execution across the enterprise

Qualifications

• Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Capabilities / Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in program management within manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise‑level transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and digital operations tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in coaching and developing cross‑functional teams.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
