Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the safe, efficient operation of our manufacturing and packaging facilities. You will drive preventative maintenance, manage budgets, oversee vendors and projects, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
The role requires a 10+ year track record in facilities/engineering within manufacturing settings, strong leadership, and a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the facility while providing a high-quality working environment for employees. This position uses established facilities management best practices to effectively manage building systems, resources, services, vendors, projects, and processes in support of business and manufacturing operations. The Facilities Manager will take a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, facility reliability, safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while ensuring facility resources are managed effectively and cost efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of related facilities experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment, and/or relevant training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience managing facility maintenance, construction or renovation projects, contractors, budgets, and regulatory compliance is strongly preferred.
