Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift maintenance technician to support production equipment uptime, efficiency and quality at our North Carolina facility.

The role troubleshoots mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, performs routine PMs, coordinates with contract service providers, and works cross-functionally with maintenance and other departments to back production needs while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent and 2–4 years related experience or training.
• Ability to operate forklift, cranes, power tools and other hand tools in troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, BOMs and related docs.
• Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical details related to equipment issues and repair needs.
• Ability to work in a diverse, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Perform routine and planned PM activities on designated production equipment.
• Coordinate with contract service providers for complex repairs and startups.
• Work cross-functionally with maintenance and other departments to support production needs.
• Adhere to company safety standards in all tasks.
